Counselor George Lutterodt has strongly criticized gospel singer Diana Asamoah over her recent comments regarding the passing of Empress Gifty’s mother.
Lutterodt described her utterances as highly inconsiderate and inappropriate, particularly at a time when her colleague was mourning.
“Is Diana okay or has she lost it? What are you saying? Does it even make sense to say something like that?”
The controversy began when Asamoah suggested that Empress Gifty should not use taxpayer-funded resources for funeral arrangements, as the services were provided by the NPP, and instead, Gifty should rely on Afrafranto’s resources.
“Is this a serious comment? Even if it’s a joke, it’s still inappropriate, especially at such a sensitive time.”
“At the time you are speaking, this young lady is mourning a loss. How do you say she shouldn’t use that support?”
“If you have people like this supporting the party based on their stomach direction, would the party win? This is loose talk.”
