The Office of President-Elect John Dramani Mahama has dismissed circulating social media claims about alleged appointment lists.
In a statement issued by Joyce Bawah Mogtari, Special Aide to the President-Elect, the Office firmly labeled the purported lists as “false and unauthorised.”
The statement explained that no official appointments or nominations have been made, urging the public to ignore such reports.
It underscored the importance of trusting only verified information from the Office of the President-Elect.
“We urge all to refrain from spreading unverified information and to rely on official communications from our office,” parts of the statement read.
After the election of President-elect, John Dramani Mahama, into office, Ghanaians are anticipating the list of individuals who will head various state institutions, ministries, and other agencies.
Already, it has been speculated that Cassiel Ato Forson will be the Minister for Finance with Julius Debrah being the Chief of Staff for President Mahama’s next administration.
