Ghanaian blogger, Bongo Ideas says he is more deserving of a meeting with President-elect, John Dramani Mahama than colleague Kaly Jay.
According to him, he contributed more to the Mahama and National Democratic Congress (NDC) campaign than Kaly Jay who is simply reaping from what he did not sow.
He indicated that Kaly Jay only started hyping up President-elect John Dramani Mahama when all of the country knew Mahama was going to win the elections whereas he started campaigning aggressively for team Mahama and the NDC as far back as 2021.
In a post on X, he wrote, “Not tryna hate buh Kalyjay only started talking about Mahama a few weeks to the elections when everybody knew He was gonna win. I, Bongo Ideas, have been trumping up Mahama since 2021 (check @BongoIdeas for proof).
I should be the one meeting Mahama, not this opportunist!”
On Tuesday December 17, 2024, Kaly Jay got the opportunity to meet with President-elect, John Dramani Mahama.
In a post made by Special Aide to John Mahama on X, she wrote, “oday we finally got to meet an amazing young man, a phenomenal influencer on this platform. So unassuming and intentional, intelligent and ambitious, Fearless and bold and yet still so humble and talented. Permit me to express my gratitude to @gyaigyimii for his fortitude, resilience and dedication. To get to meet you finally is an honor. The #PresidentElect has asked me to say thank you.”
