Hopeson Adorye, the director of Special duties of the Movement of Change has declared he has taken over the airport.
According to Hopeson Adorye, he is taking over Kotoka International Airport to prevent New Patriotic Party (NPP) appointees from leaving the country.
He dared any government official who claimed to be a man to enter the airport to travel.
Speaking on Onua TV, Hopeson Adorye detailed, “I am saying airport, any government official who claims he is a man should enter the airport that he is traveling, I have taken over the airport, some people can travel two, or three times a week, do you know what they do, I have worked at the airport before”.
“The hand luggage they hold they pack loads of money in them when they get to their location, they leave the money there and come back to Ghana, we will take all that money for John Mahama to build Ghana”, he further revealed.
Hopeson Adorye’s declaration comes after the New Patriotic Party lost the 2024 election embarrassingly to the NDC’s John Mahama.
The former NPP man further revealed his happiness saying, “I am very happy there is change, the agyapadie have been stopped, I have printed the books down, Ghanaians should read and listen, I have happiness in my heart just because of that, are you going to do agyapadie under John Mahama”, he added.
Hopeson Adorye was controversially sacked from the Kotoka International Airport VVIP sector in 2019 and fired from the National Security Secretariat in 2022.
