I believe Ghanaians will make the right choice – Dr. Bawumia after casting his vote

The presidential candidate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia has said he believes Ghanaians will make the right choice after casting his vote in the 2024 elections.

According to Dr. Bawumia, he is confident of victory because the Ghanaians have witnessed the transformation the NPP has delivered.

Speaking to the media after voting, he stated, “I am confident of victory. The people of Ghana have witnessed the transformation we have delivered, and I believe they will make the right choice to continue this path of progress”.

Dr. Bawumia also praised the electoral officials for their professionalism and encouraged Ghanaians to contribute to a smooth and transparent election.

The 2024 general elections are underway across the country as Ghanaians vote to decide their next president and parliamentarian for the next four years.

In total 18 million registered voters are set to decide the nation’s next president and the structure of the 275-member Parliament.

In total, 12 candidates are vying for the presidency, with the front runners being the NPP’s Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, NDC’s John Mahama, Nana Kwame Bediako, and Alan Kyeremanten.
