Hopeson Adorye, the director of Special duties of the Movement of Change, has revealed that some government appointees use different names to backdate state lands they have stolen to an NDC government.
According to Hopeson Adorye, they are backdating the dates so that when the NDC government comes into office they will think the lands were acquired under the old NDC administration.
Speaking on Onua TV, Hopeson Adorye detailed, “I have created a group called the Jail Them Group, the land issues I have an interest in, we will advocate a lot, jail them advocacy group, Captain will join us, and we will make sure that anyone involved is jailed”.
“I have in my possession the info that some person called the Lands Commission and said these lands put this name on it, they changed the name and backdated the name to the old NDC government, so when the NDC comes and sees it, they will think it was done during the NDC time. I am telling you all these people will go to jail”.
The former NPP man revealed, “We know ministers that have been given Cantonment lands, all the names that have been put on the lands we know them. Look at Tse Addo lands and if look at the persons buying them, I question where that person got the money from to buy those lands, and if you look at the building on them”.
“I am very happy there is change the agyapadie, have been stopped, I have printed the books down, Ghanaians should read and listen, I have happiness in my heart just because of that, are you going to do agyapadie under John Mahama”, he added.
