A video of Kennedy Agyapong, Assin Central Member of Parliament has resurfaced on social media after the New Patriotic Party’s defeat in the 2024 elections.
According to Kennedy Agyapong in the old video, there are some 2 million votes the NPP rig in each election, so they do not care about Ghanaians.
He asserted that if the NPP genuinely knows Ghanaians will vote for them they will not disrespect Ghanaians.
Speaking in the old video that has resurfaced, Kennedy Agyapong stated, “Because they know there are 2 million votes that they will rig, at any given time, so they don’t care about what any Ghanaian is feeling or saying because if they know genuine Ghanaians will vote for them, they will not disrespect Ghanaians”.
“The level of disrespect and corruption in this country, if they know they win an election through ballot box they will not behave the way they will not behave the way they are behaving”, he reiterated emphatically.
Meanwhile, the NPP lost the 2024 election embarrassingly with John Mahama beating Dr. Bawumia with about 1.6 million votes.
The NDC has also reportedly secured a two-thirds majority of seats in parliament.

Did you know that if the NPP had been successful with the 2 million rigging votes, they would have won the 2024 elections?
It is this same 2 million votes today they are describing as “Our supporters didn’t come out to vote”.
