Flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), John Dramani Mahama, has declared that even if Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia brings his entire family to the Ashanti Region to campaign, the NDC will still emerge victorious in the December 7 elections.
Mahama made this statement during a massive campaign walk in Kumasi, where thousands of enthusiastic residents turned out in support of the NDC.
The overwhelming crowd visibly surprised Mahama, who expressed gratitude for the turnout and enthusiasm.
The walk, which began at the Aboabo Post Office, wound through the principal streets of Kumasi before culminating at the Kumasi Jubilee Park.
Supporters, clad in NDC colors, chanted slogans, danced, and carried party paraphernalia, creating a jubilant atmosphere that energized the campaign trail.
Addressing the crowd, Mahama acknowledged their dedication and noted that the massive turnout was a clear indication of the people’s desire for change.
He emphasized the need for a united front to vote the NDC back into power to address the economic hardships plaguing Ghanaians.
Mahama reiterated the party’s mission of “Resetting Ghana” and delivering better leadership and governance.
