President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo at the final rally of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) on Thursday, December 5, 2024, made a passionate appeal to Ghanaians to vote for Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, the NPP’s Presidential Candidate, in the upcoming election on Saturday, December 7.
Speaking to a large crowd of supporters, President Akufo-Addo expressed his firm belief that Dr. Bawumia is the candidate best suited to bring continuity and progress to Ghana.
“When I look at all those contesting to be president, I firmly believe that the only one among them who can bring continuity and progress is Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia,” the president stated.
In his Facebook post, President Akufo-Addo further emphasized the importance of the vote, urging Ghanaians to cast their ballots for Dr. Bawumia: “On December 7, when you go out to vote, just look at the first person on the ballot paper Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia and vote for him.
Dr. Bawumia has what it takes to take the country forward, and I urge you all to vote massively for him.”
The president also praised Dr. Bawumia’s track record of honesty, credibility, and competence, stating that these qualities make him the ideal leader to navigate Ghana into the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
