A Bantama constituent has fired shots at the NDC presidential candidate John Dramani Mahama.
According to the Bantama constituent, John Mahama sold Tema Port for 35 years and today he is campaigning that the country is hard.
Speaking on GHOne TV, the Bantama constituent stated, “John Mahama sold I port for 35 years and today he is campaigning that the country is hard, if someone goes to bring goods he is there, and they have placed higher prices on the goods and today he has turned himself as a good person”.
“For him, we do not need him to come to government again, the country is not hard, it is not hard for me”, she boldly emphasized.
Meanwhile, John Dramani Mahama has set the records straight on whether he sold the Tema Port, according to him, the New Patriotic Party is going around telling Ghanaians he sold the Tema Port and that is why things are hard for Ghana.
John Mahama speaking to a large crowd after the NDC walk in Kumasi, stated boldly, “The lies, some of them, have lied and lied and lied, they claim John Mahama has sold Tema Port, which is why things are hard, it is a lie we have not sold any Tema Port”.
”GAPOHA is a shareholder in Tema Port, as I am speaking with you the amount of money GAPOHA has gotten from the new Tema Port is more than 200 million dollars, and do you know where some of that money has gone to GAPOHA has given more than 80 million dollars to Boankra here and they are using it to fix Boankra”, he added.
John Mahama further emphasized, “If I should Tema Port will GAPOHA get money, so those things, I don’t know if they give birth to them with it or they went to the University for liars, all those things are not true”.
