Malik Basintale, the Deputy National Communication officer of the NDC has revealed when he posted ‘5K men jack up’, he did not mean violence.
According to Malik Basintale, it was a coded language the NDC employed to confuse its opponent in the 2024 elections.
He asserted that the ‘5K men jack up’, he didn’t mean 5,000 men should physically gather and cause violence.
Speaking on JOYNES AM Show, Malik detailed, “It didn’t mean violence, we are yet to take over, but we have won the election, and there is no need we fighting at this state, Ghana is a peaceful country, and I am a peaceful person, I am a young man I want to grow and grow to meet this country in safe hands”.
“Like we said cock and hold, people were scared, and people said what is happening, the military speaks in terms, at a point we said move 20 meters close, 50 meters activate, stand by, stand guard, the digital people were confused especially when we said to activate all body cameras, you know this was terms”, he added.
The Basintale boy emphasized, “So when I said 5K men jack up we know what we are talking about, I can expose my plan here, there are some of these terms we will use in 2028 again if you want me to activate it in your studio, I can do that right now.
“Let me activate 5k men JOYNEWS and you will see what will happen, but you will not see 5 thousand men here it coded language”, he added.
