The President of IMANI Africa, Franklin Cudjoe, has slammed former President John Agyekum Kufuor for attempting to influence Ghanaians into supporting the NPP’s flagbearer, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia.

In a passionate post on social media, Cudjoe emphasized that Kufuor’s endorsement of Bawumia will not sway the people, especially given the current economic turmoil under the leadership of the ruling party.

According to Cudjoe, Bawumia, who has been at the forefront of managing Ghana’s economy, is directly responsible for the crisis that has led to financial hardship and even loss of lives due to government policies in the financial sector.

Cudjoe strongly condemned the economic mismanagement that has brought international embarrassment to the country.

“I am enroute to the US from the Middle East primarily to speak on the subject in the screenshots,” Cudjoe added, referencing his upcoming discussions on these issues abroad.

“The organizers have been charitable with my bio, but I’ll be back before December 7th for the greatest communal labor to make Ghana Repeated Again.”
