Social media users have expressed shock at a video shared by African Hub showcasing how some people enter into their rooms in Togo.
The Video shared by African Hub captioned how people get into their rooms, Togo West Africa is a 15 seconds video depicting how owners and dwellers of a village in Togo make entrance into their room. The room that was captured is in a house build with clay and covered with thatch with a small circular conference of a tiny circumference.
The video also captured a dweller entering into the room backward in a creeping motion urging their legs enter the room first with the head being last. Even though the entrance appears small, the interior of the rooms as captured by the video sits in an underground foundation and has spacious width.
Reacting to the post, a user asked how fat people or obese people will manage to enter because even with the video the man entering suffered a bit with his slim stature. Others also expressed that, housing of this sort in the 21st century signaled a setback in Africa and should be condemned.
