The Ashanti Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Bernard Antwi Boasiako, popularly known as Chairman Wontumi, was the centre of attraction for the NPP campaign this weekend.
The party’s presidential candidate, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia stormed the Ashanti Region to campaign over the weekend.
As there are barely three weeks to the December 7, General elections, the various political parties have intensified their campaigns.
During the campaign in the Ashanti Region, the party had King Paluta putting up a solid performance of what has become the anthem of the NPP, his hit single ‘Makoma’.
While performing, Chairman Wontumi was spotted sitting, tapping his feet and moving to the song’s rhythm together with Dr. Bawumia.
Out of the blue, King Paluta pulled up Chairman Wontumi from his seat, and the rest can be seen in the video below.
