Social media has been buzzing since a video of a young Ghanaian lady around the ages of 20 is seen carrying five bags of 25kg rice on her head at once.
The video shared by EDHUB captures the lady in a tiny body stature being loaded on an an uncovered skull with five bags of rice from a truck. Witch each bag of rice weighing 25kg, the young lady stood fit on her feet till all of the bags were put on her head as she moved swiftly with them to offload into a warehouse in Accra.
The video has gained lots of reactions with some praising her strength touting her to be one of the strong women from the North who can equal the strength of a southern man. Others also showed empathy by bemoaning how wrong it appeared for someone as young as the lady to go through all these to earn a daily bread.
The video further captures the lady in a smile mood while she hurries herself with the load to the warehouse in anticipation to come back to carry more from the truck.
The video also captures other goods in boxes waiting to be offloaded from the truck by the same young lady.
Commenting on the video, a social media user refuted claims by the leaders of the country that the youth in the country are lazy. Others were also campaigning and advocating for a change in government since it appeared the government is the cause of the lady carrying such heavy loads with no concerns to her spine or any other bone.
