A campaign vehicle belonging to the New Patriotic Party (NPP) has been burnt to ashes.
The campaign vehicle which was fitted with an ultramodern sound system was burnt beyond recognition.
The vehicle which belonged to the Jaman North District of the NPP caught fire on the Sampa Road enroute to its usual campaign rounds.
So far, no causality has been reported with an investigation being carried out to ascertain the cause of the fire.
“This is an NPP car which has just been burnt beyond recognition…ooh ooh,” the individual recording the video was heard saying sadly.
The 2024 campaign saw a different level of campaigning as the various political parties found innovative ways to campaign in the various communities.
Both the NPP and NDC bought several pickup trucks and fitted them with sound systems which they use for campaigning in various localities and vantage points.
One of such vehicles is what caught fire in the Jaman North District.
