Ghanaian music legend, Okyeame Kwame, has shared the numerous benefits his decision to go vegan has yielded him.
According to him, he enjoys immense peace of mind as a vegan, stating that even the bible asked man to eat plants and not meat.
“You can google the health benefits of a vegan or vegetarian diet…I have gotten stronger; I have a sound mind. Vegetarian is the way to go. I have become less violent,” he stated.
He indicated that all the amino acids found in protein-based foods can be found in vegetarian diets as well “plus 60% more fiber for fighting diseases”.
