Uber is valued at 153 billion USD, not 163 billion – Netizens expose Bawumia

A netizen has exposed the vice president and the presidential candidate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia for channeling out wrong facts about the value of ride-hailing Uber.

Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia during the official Launch of the Taxi GoRide App, revealed that ride-hailing App Uber is valued at $163 billion, and Ghana’s total GDP is $75 billion.

According to Samuel Yeboah, the founder of Tech in Twi, the actual value of Uber is $153 billion and not $ 163 billion as claimed by Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia.
