The President has failed Ghanaians on the LGBTQ issue- Lawyer Foh Amoaning

Private Legal Practitioner, Lawyer Foh Amoani has said, President Akufo Addo has failed Ghanaians on the issue of LGBTQ.
“The current president has failed Ghanaians on this issue”, he said

According to him, over 98% of Ghanaians do not agree with the practice of the same sex marriage and the Transgender part of it. He said the president has the authority as the commander in chief, head of state and head of government, to act in the interest of Ghana.

He said the interest of Ghanaians on this matter is against the practice of the same sex marriage, hence he will have the support of the people if he takes a firm stance on the LGBTQ issue. He said the president have failed after promising to protect the will of Ghana and ignoring the signing of anti LGBTQ bill.
