Award winning Nigerian Afrobeats Singer, Tems has shared in a new video what she thinks of the social media space, describing it as a scary space.
The budding Singer shared in the video that, due to the view she has on social media being a scary space for her, she would not think twice if she is given the option to exit social media forever.
Even though she shared her unsafe space opinion about social media, the Singer added that, social media still has its own greater blessings that can never be overlooked or unappreciated. She mentioned that, the blessings of social media is its potency of bringing and connecting people and their families together even when countries apart.
She threw a word of advice to the young ones and youth on how they should navigate the space of social media. She pleaded that, for the sake of their mental health and a balanced life on social media, she would advise that they sometimes take a day or two away from the space of social media to bond well with the natural space and environment.
Tems is nominated for the 2024 Billboard Music Awards Top Afrobeats Song with her track “Me & U.” She’s joined by Tyla, who makes a strong impression with three entries in the same category: “Water,” “Truth or Dare,” and “Jump,” featuring Gunna and Skillibeng.
