This attack is a reignition of their existing verbal exchange over the issue of the anti LGBTQ bill. The Member of Parliament is among the key conveyors of the anti-gay bill passed by Parliament.

Early this year when the bill was passed by parliament, it ignited a public and social media attack from both camps of the singer and the lawmaker. Sam George took a firm stance on the bill because, there were trending videos of the singer visiting schools which allegedly had the children of the lawmaker to teach them how to find people of the same sex attractive.

In a renewed one sided attack, the singer has come against the lawmaker for ignoring pertinent issues his constituency is facing to focus on a group who has done nothing to him. According to the singer, the outburst of the lawmaker, regarding the court case halting the assentment of the bill is all for clout chasing and vote campaigns.

She further called him out to stop “fan fooling’ people to bring his party to power. She mentioned that, what’s important is for him to attend to the needs of his constituents and leave the LGBTQ group alone.

Meanwhile the Supreme Court’ has set December 18, for the final hearing of the court suit filed against the gay Bill by two Ghanaians.
