The Leader of the NPP Caucus in Parliament has come under various criticisms for his demeanor and obsession towards the tag of a majority Leader in Parliament.
During the Supreme Court’s final judgment of the Vacant seat case, Lawyer Afenyo Markins approached a reporter with An Accra Based Television Station when he overhead the Journalist describe as “Leader of the NPP Caucus”. The Effutu M.P instructed the Journalist to address him well a the court has ruled.
The video ha not sit well with Ghanaians reacting to it. while some are praising the Journalist for his professionalism, others have also attacked the lawmaker for his obsession with the position.
Amongst them is versatile Actress, Lydia Forson. She took to her socials to seem to provide a solution for the Effutu M.P. In her post she said, the best way to make peace with the man is to print a shirt with the inscription “Majority Leader. She shared that, it will make it easy for his identification a whar he wants to addressed for.
