An unidentified Police Officer of the Ghana Police Service in the news for dishing out 13 slaps to a suspect for not going down.
A video shared by EDHUB has captured a young Police officer in his all black uniform dishing hot slaps to the face of a suspect. The suspect dressed in a sagged pants saw his face under immense lightening as it stood against the friction from the palms of the officer.
The suspect, while cuffed to his back refused to go down as he was commanded by the officer. His failure to succumb to the orders by the officer of the law landed his face a thirteen slap contract which was dished out squarely on both faces with different palms of the officer.
The video captured other Police officers on looking while the suspect was being treated to the number of facial slaps. Even though the police officers out numbered the suspect, he still refused to go down as was commanded by the police officer. He calmly responded amidst the slaps that, if he is asked to do anything else he would but not to be commanded to go down while being slapped.
Not only was he slapped, his neck was choked at a point in time. The video could not capture the wrongs or sins committed by the suspect to warrant him such slaps
