Veteran Nollywood Actor, Richard Mofe-Damijo has endorsed the Flag bearer of the NDC, John Dramani Mahama as the best out of the 12 candidates vying for the presidency.
Richard Mofe-Damijo joins a few of Nigerian Film Makers or entertainers who have endorsed John Mahama’s candidature ahead of elections. The recent election had comic Nigerain Actors Osoufia and the late Mr. Ibu coming all out from their country to campaign vigorously for John Mahama, even though he lost the elections those periods.
RMD as his affectionately called, expressed that, Ghanaians should avoid the mistakes most African Countries including his country have made in recent elections and vote for the candidate who has their back. He added that, Ghanaians are already aware of the candidate who has them at heart and will vote for that candidate in the election.
He also shared that, his favourite is John Dramani Mahama out of the 12 and he is aware he is also Ghanaians favorite. The Actor shared that, anytime he travels from his country into Ghana and arrives at the Airport his admiration for John Mahama increases and that is one conviction he has that Mahama can become the best out of the 12 candidates.
