Founder and Leader of the Prophetic Hill Chapel. Prophet Nigel Gaisie ha said, he is not neutral and by that he will vote for John Mahama alongside his church members and followers.
“It is not true, I am not a member of the NDC, this year I will vote for them. This year majority of my church members I think to a large extent and everybody who as it were, vote by my inspiration will vote for them because the Lord says we should bring the former President back into power”, he said.
The man of God who is popularly known for his end of year prophecies and election prophecies sat in an interview with Andy Dosty to declare his side for this year’s election. Prophet Gaisie revealed that, for him as a Prophet under the five fold ministry, he cannot be neutral just as someone in the Pastoral fold ministry. Even though he stated that he is not a member of the National Democratic Congress, his decision to vote for John Mahama is based on what the Lord has revealed to him for the past eight years of Joh Mahama’s return.
“I have taken sides because I am not a pastor, I am not a Teacher. In the Christological work, we have five fold departments. I am not a Pastor, a Pastor can be neutral but a Prophet cannot be neutral. This is because we speak the direct mind of God and it is unfortunate that I am not a Pastor”, he added.
According to him, since he speaks the direct mind of God, he has to go in support of who the Lord has revealed to lead. He recounted how he made prophecies declaring Akufo-Addo as the next President in the 2016 elections which he voted for him accordingly. These instances he claim cannot and do not allow him to portray neutrality.
Prophet Gaisie further shared that the office he holds as a prophet is a very slippery one that needs caution to operate. He added that after he declared victory for John Mahama through his prophecies, he has had countless fasting nights and prayers to back that which was revealed unto him.
