According to him, his polls has constantly and consistently projected that the NDC’s John Mahama will win the elections with a one touch scenario with no call for a run-off. He also shared that not only will the NDC win the Presidential elections per his polls but will also constitute the majority in the ninth parliament next year.

Meanwhile a new poll by the Head of Research at the Kumasi Technical University, Professor Smart Frimpong has also projected a runoff for the two leading political parties with Dr. Bawumia scoring 48.1% and Mahama gathering 45.8%. His polls also predicted a majority for the NPP in Parliament with some 56 seats highlighted as keenly contested.
