According to reports, the incident happened in Kumasi-Adum PZ.
The machoman was scammed by a phone dealer with a package of tiles as a phone.
He was made to acquire the packaged tiles for 500 cedis.
In the Viral video shared by EDHUB, the machoman could not believe his luck and started laughing about the situation, he was later captured walking away with his packaged 500 cedis tiles phone.
