The hotel in the past months was put up as one of SSNIT’s owned properties for sale due to low profit returns and low dividend being paid to SSNIT. The sale was halted after organized labor and several stakeholders demonstrated and spoke against the sale of the hotel to a Member of Parliament, citing conflict of interest.

The Managing Director, Mr. David Eduaful maintained that, the satisfaction that every guest gets when they enjoy the services of the Labadi Beach Hotel, is a testament to the passion and commitment of the team.
