A video footage of a group of about four (4) men who go about stealing from cars have emerged online.

The syndicate, which goes about breaking into cars and stealing valuables from them were unfortunately caught on video committing one of such crimes.

The group whose modus operandi have served them well over the period move in two cars. These cars box in the targeted car, blocking it from the view of any witnesses.

After blocking the view, one of the gang members pretends to be on the phone, then smashes the window of the car, quickly grabbing valuables and entering one of the cars parked close by him.

The group then speeds off, leaving no one the wiser.

Car theft and its related crimes have been on the rise in the country. Unsuspecting victims, regardless of how secured their cars are robbed, with robbers boldly going about their business not at night only anymore, but also in broad day light.

CCTV footage has emerged of a gang of at least four individuals working hand in hand to break into parked cars.

The group operates by obstructing all possible views of the targeted car, before breaking a window to access the contents of the car. Let’s all be on high alert.
