A CCTV footage has captured a young guy who broke through the windows of an all female hostel of the Garden City University in kumasi.
The event which took place at the female hostel as captured by the security camera saw the young guy unarmed, entering the hallway of the hostel to rob but realizes the presence of the CCTV camera and leaves. He returns again but this time with his shirts off leaving his upper body naked but with a new twist.
The unarmed guy came back with a new twist of covering his face so it won’t be easily captured by the camera footage. He then made way through the sliding window of the hostel room making away with some valuable items from the room.
According to reports, the incident which took place within the early hours 2:00 A.m. of Tuesday November 19, 2024, left no casualty but some properties such as laptops and iPhone believed to be belonging to students of the hostel. The incident has since been reported to the Kenyasi Police Station for further investigation .
