Ghanaian Gospel Musician, has bemoaned the bad treatment she received from the Management of the Black Stars team.
Grace Ashley popularly known as the cheerleader of the Black Stars seemed to have disappeared from the cheering and supporting scenes of the Black Stars for quiet sometime now without any explanation from authorities. The cheerleader and leading supporter of the Ghanaian national team’s disappearance brought about a lot of speculations as new faces leading and composing songs for the team paraded our screens anytime they had an international game.
In a recent interview, the Singer has shared how badly she was treated by the team she dedicated and committed her career to. She mentioned how throughout her cheerleading, the management team never for once thought of remunerating her for even once. She expressed how worrying it was to see that her services went unappreciated hence her decision to cut it short and focus on other equally important venture.
She also mentioned that, at a point she came to a realization that her services are no longer needed, the reason for the unappreciative attitude towards her. She recounted how on many occasions she petitioned the authorities for support but her petitions never met results at the end of the day. These she explained that led to her retirement from composing songs for the National team.
