The Ashanti Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Bernard Antwi Boasiako, popularly known as Chairman Wontumi, has prophetically declaration that Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia will be the next President of Ghana, “by fire, by thunder,” as the party intensifies its campaign ahead of the 2024 elections.

Speaking at a rally during Dr. Bawumia’s campaign tour across the Ashanti region, Wontumi passionately urged party supporters to maintain their energy and focus as the election approaches.

In his remarks, he emphasized the impressive achievements of the NPP under President Akufo-Addo, pointing to developments in infrastructure, education, and the economy, and called for continued support for the party’s flagbearer, Dr. Bawumia.
