Captain Smart has thrown shades at the Member of Parliament for Asokwa Adansi in the Ashanti Region, K.T Hammond, calling him an old man without sense.
The NPP Caucus in Parliament on November 7, 2024 after a recall of Parliament, ended up boycotting sittings because, the NDC ha occupied their acclaimed majority seat. The development did not auger well with leadership of Parliament which ended in an indefinite suspension of the House by the Speaker.
In reaction to developments in the aftermath of the adjournment, Captain Smart has launched an attack on the leadership of the NPP with much focus on K.T Hammond. He said all the mannerisms and interruptions made the Trade Minister during the press briefing by Afenyo-Markin ,the Leader of Government Business proved that he is an old man but without sense
He further addressed him as a disgrace to the Community and an Apology to the Islam Religion. He also opined that, if he had the authority of the National Chief Imam, he would have stripped K.T Hammond off the Muslim Status
