A member of the CPP communications team, Nana Yaa Jantuah has stated emphatically that, President Akufo-Addo’s only wish is to be in the history of Ghana.
She said the President does not love Ghanaians because if he did, some decisions he has allowed in the country, would not have been possible. She said allowing someone who has the record of inflicting pains on Ghanaians to be promoted to the rank of a Brigadier General is a testament of the fact that Akufo-Addo doesn’t love Ghanaians.
According to her, the President only want to be in history books as a Ghanaian President just like his father. Her comments came on the back of the allegations leveled against Brigadier General Opoku by the NDC with plans to rig the elections in favor of the NPP
Nana Yaa Jantuah expressed shock at the current rank of the man she described as not being able to handle the Ayawaso situation during the 2016 and 2020 elections. She questioned the capabilities of Brigadier General Opoku to be able to handle over 5 million voters in Kumasi.
She added that the President’s failure to implement the report of the Ayawaso violence report on Brigadier General Opoku firmly informs Ghanaians that Akufo-Addo has no single love for the country but rather wants to be in Ghana’s history books.
