Nana Boadi Amponim Obodade III, the Krontihene of Akyem Asuom has stated that Akufo-Addo and Bawumia’s regime saw vast revenues, yet Ghana continues to struggle.
According to Krontihene, Ghanaians are facing current economic hardship despite record-breaking tax revenues, oil fields, and aid from international bodies, including the World Bank that has been received by the Akufo-Addo Bawumia government.
Nana Boadi Amponim Obodade III stated, “Akufo-Addo and Bawumia’s regime saw vast revenues, yet the nation is struggling economically, this is a call for change.”
He further stated that Bawumia was presented as an economic messiah, but he failed woefully, and that Ghanaians cannot wait for a bad mate to take over from a bad driver.
“Bawumia was presented as an economic messiah, but he failed woefully, I will go for John Dramani Mahama”, he reiterated.
