The Presidential Candidate of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), John Dramani Mahama, has promised to construct a sports stadium in all the 16 regions of Ghana.
With sports being an integral part of the life of Ghanaians, Mahama argues the sports stadiums will contribute to economic development and talent growth in Ghana.
During a community engagement activity at Biakoye in the Oti Region, Mahama said, “The NDC policy, we say every region in the country must have a sports stadium, so we are going to build a sports stadium in the Oti Region.”
He promised a Regional Police Command headquarters in all the regions as well.
According to Candidate Mahama, the NDC will uplift the Oti Region to heights never seen before in the nation’s history.
