South Dayi MP Rockson-Nelson Dafeamekpor has threatened the DCE of the area he will be prosecuted when the NDC comes back into office in 2025.
Speaking on TV3 NewDay Constituency Manifesto the MP said the DCE will be prosecuted, for diverting some premix of the area.
He said, “We shall prosecute you because you are using assembly pickup to do your campaign so we shall prosecute you. You are using your public office for private gain; the pickup is here it is not a lie”.
Rockson also accused the DCE of the area of telling him that an NPP constituency Executive withdrew an amount of 20,000 from a premix account without lawful authority.
“You told me when you got your nomination to become DCE you told me that your constituency executive under DC mallet went to steal money from the premix account you told me”. He reiterated.
The infuriated DCE of the area however denied the MP’s allegations saying Rockson was telling lies.
The member of parliament later accused the DCE of causing illegal abortions at Chorkor when he was a nurse at Korle Bu
