Wizkid has ignited a new wave of tension with Davido after taking to X to throw subtle shots just hours after Davido announced his first single of 2024.
Davido shared that the track would be a hit to celebrate Nigeria’s independence.
However, Wizkid appeared unimpressed, tweeting, “Pussy boys dropping mid again. Una nor dey tire,” in what fans believe was a direct shot at Davido.
This comment has sparked a heated exchange, with one of Davido’s associates clapping back at Wizkid, accusing him of seeking attention by using Davido’s name.
Wizkid responded by saying he had no need to “beef” with Davido to promote his music, adding that Davido was “wack and talentless.”
He went on to dismiss Davido’s entire music catalog referring to his 80 albums as “trash,” and claiming that his own catalog boasts far superior tracks.
