Watch how lifeless body of newborn was discovered in gutter

The lifeless body of a newborn baby girl was discovered in a gutter in the Eastern Region capital, Koforidua.

The baby who is suspected to have been dumped by her mother right after childbirth was left face down in the gutter and is believed to have died from sewage water flooding her lungs.

It was a sad sight to behold as residents who discovered the baby could not hide their sadness at the scene.
