The just ended demonstration with the hashtags #FreeTheCitizens and #SayNoToGalamsey recorded some interesting highlights.

While many took part in the protest to demand the release of Democracy Hub demonstrators who were remanded in police custody, and also draw attention to the many effects of illegal mining on the nation’s water bodies and forests, others had ulterior motives.

In a video which recently surfaced online, a protestor can be seen busily chatting up a police woman he was interested in.

During the conversation, the police woman was full of smiles and the gentleman dipped his hand into his pocket and produced what looks to be a piece of paper, which many believe had his contact details.
