A section of Ghanaians have hit the streets telling the country’s President, Akufo-Addo to assent to the anti-LGBTQ bill.

In a video which has since gone viral, some women condemned the president for not signing the bill into law, stating their preference for opposite sex relationships.
Activists embarked on a protest in Accra on October 8, 2024 to demand the final approval of a controversial anti-LGBTQ bill.
The protest started at called Obra Spot and moved towards the Supreme Court of Ghana.
