A young man has been beaten to pulp with his faced altered beyond recognition.

The young man, suspected of being a thief suffered mob justice at the hands of some residents in an unnamed area within the Ashanti Region.
A traveler on his way to Kumasi-Amakom chanced upon the victim and expressed shock over the level of beatings suffered by the man.
