A gargantuan palace under construction in some part in the Ashanti Region has been linked to the region’s New Patriotic Party (NPP) Chairman, Bernard Antwi Boasiako aka Chairman Wontumi.
According to a Tik Tok video posted by user The Magic, the said castle is 80% completed and will soon house the Chairman Wontumi.
The castle from the video shared online sits on acres of land with a towering wall to keep intruders out.
The palace from the look of it will be a prestigious one after completion, and will match Chairman Wontumi’s status as one of the nation’s richest men.
However the video did not receive the welcome of many Ghanaians as some accused Chairman Wontumi of using wealth gained through illegal means to put up the castle, while also say he is not a king to deserve a palace.
