A viral video circulating online captures the moment a man, reportedly a student’s parent, attacked a teacher during class in front of her students.
In the video posted on X, the man is seen striking the female teacher, who is dressed in a red blouse.
Fortunately another teacher intervened and separated them only for the man to turn to the second teacher, aggressively wagging a threatening finger in her face.
“Stop it,” the first teacher who intervened and other teachers in the background are heard saying. That’s very wrong. You’re fighting a married woman. In our school,” – The first teacher who intervened is heard telling the parent. I will not take this one o. I will not take it,” the teacher who was attacked is heard saying.
Currently the man’s reason for beating the lady is unknown.
Alex Onyia who posted the video on X, said, “This is a video of a parent at Rosebud School Idimu, Lagos beating up a teacher in-front of students and even threatening to beat up the school owner.I know teachers in Nigeria earn peanuts but any injustice against them are completely not allowed.Police over to you!”.
