An alleged Manhyia bodyguard has revealed some shocking truths about the running mate of the NPP, Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh.
According to the claimed Manhyia bodyguard, NAPO neglected them after the NPP won power leading to the death of one of his colleagues and another fellow joining the NDC.
Speaking in an interview the man said, “Someone like Spirito joined the NDC it is not because of anything, it is out of pain, NPP did not try for him, and NPP was not truthful to him. The number of things the NPP made him do if they could not get him any job, they should have taken him to the USA or sent him abroad.”
“In 2012 we took Akufo-Addo and Matthew Opoku Prempeh who is now a running mate, we took them to the Zongos, the NPP had never been there before due to. We took them there to do a house-to-house campaign. When you came you did nothing for him, so he was using anger to talk”. He stated about Spirito.
He also revealed that one of them died because of ill-treatment by Matthew Opoku Prempeh.
The claimed Manhyia’s bodyguard also revealed that “Spirito sent some people to the Presidency to see Matthew Opoku Prempeh to inform him that they were in power now, why is he not looking for jobs for the boys that helped you and followed you, Matthew Opoku told them to go to the roadside that is where jobs are, that is why Spirito is infuriated”.
