‘Prison Break’ – Ghana Police on Manhunt for escaped armed robber

The 20-year-old Yaw Tawiah also known as Jahboy is on the run

The Ghana Police Service is on a manhunt for an arrested armed robber who escaped police custody.

20-year-old Yaw Tawiah also known as Jahboy, was arrested by the police for being involved in an armed robbery at Sefwi Abrokefe on September 23, 2024.

Jahboy escaped from police custody when Constable Alice Owusu Agyemang the officer on duty allegedly opened the cell to get water for the suspect and his accomplice to flush their toilet.

Jahboy is now on the run from the law while his accomplice remains in police custody.
