A video has popped up on social media with resident of an unknown town confronting some Police Officers for allegedly demanding GHC5 from one of them

In the viral video online, the resident alleged the Police officer wanted to shoot one of them when the person refused to give him some 5 cedis the officers demanded.

One resident in the video could be heard saying, “you are wearing a Police uniform, you didn’t learn anything, stupid man, stupid police man, you are coming to kill someone because of 5 cedis, the person is not an armed robber, is your mind not working”.

The Police officers were in police uniform and with a motorbike number M-22-BT 7026.

The Ghana Police Service have been constantly linked with bribery and corruption.
