Pay allowances of students – Ho School of Hygiene lecturer urges Bawumia

A lecturer at the Ho School of Hygiene, Innocent Dzubey, has called on Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia to ensure the timely payment allowances for students.

His appeal came during the Vice President’s campaign visit to the Volta Region, where he also inaugurated the Ho Assembly Complex.

Mr. Dzubey urged the Vice President to facilitate the posting of all graduates from the Ho School of Hygiene to their respective districts or regions to serve their communities.

He emphasized the importance of this support for the students, who have expressed their intention to vote for Dr. Bawumia due to his promising policies for the country.

Additionally, Mr. Dzubey highlighted that some lecturers have been transferred from local government roles to the Ghana Health Service but have not received their salaries.

He reiterated the need for the prompt payment of these salaries to ensure that both students and staff are adequately supported.
