My husband married me because of my big breast – Mercy Asiedu reveals

Veteran Ghanaian actress, Mercy Asiedu, has disclosed that her physical appearance specifically her breast attracted her husband, Nana Agyemang Badu Duah, to marry her.

In an interview on Hitz FM, she stated that he was first drawn to her after watching her in a popular movie ‘Asore Ba’ which was also a major breakthrough in her acting career.

“He said to himself, ‘This woman has nice breast and promised to find me once he returned to Ghana” she said.

She further explained that after a while she coincidentally met her husband while lodged in a hotel during a movie shoot.

“He was also staying in the same hotel so he approached me and we got talking. He told me that he had seen my movie and was impressed, not just with my acting but with my appearance. We exchanged numbers and kept in touch from there. The chemistry between us grew, and soon, we found ourselves in a romantic relationship that eventually led to marriage” she recalled.

Reflecting on her marriage, the actress expressed her gratitude to her husband whom she described as loving and a perfect gentleman who is always willing to invest in her craft.
