Kojo Yankson, a Host and Senior Journalist with Multimedia Group JOYFM has told Afenyo Markin it is only people who have nothing to offer who care more about what you call them.
According to Afenyo Markin, JOY NEWS was quick to report that there is now a majority in parliament and a new minority and noted JOY NEWS is becoming notorious for misinforming and making mischief on its platform
Speaking on JOY FM Kojo Yankson revealed that Afenyo Markin was upset with JOYFM because he was not referred to us as the majority leader in parliament.
He said, “Let’s take a step back for a moment, what are the exact things that were said to Alexander Afenyo Markin that made him upset? In the first example, Samuel Kojo called him a member of parliament for Effutu, that was how he was referred to and he got upset is he trying to say he was not a member of parliament for Effutu he is lucky they didn’t just call him Mr. Alaxander Afenyo Markin which is who he is”.
“Then he gets up to lambast the Journalist who had called to give you his platform and access to his millions of viewers and listeners so that you can tell your side of the story you get annoyed with that Journalist”, Kojo Yankson added.
The JOY FM host further added, “My father used to say, people will often mistakenly call him Dr. Yankson or Mr. Yankson and he will never complain and we will rather object on his behalf and he will tell us that look it are only people who have nothing to offer who care more about what you call them that who they are”.
Kojo Yankson detailed that Afenyo Markin should be very careful not to get confused with the people who have nothing to offer, if he insists so much on what we call him rather than who he is he will be confused with people who have nothing to offer.
